Where data is transferred outside the UK, Google ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

 

We have chosen Google as our cloud service provider because it complies with recognised security standards (including ISO 27001) and offers strong measures to protect personal data.

 

 

6. Data sharing

 

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Our professional advisers (e.g. accountants).

• Awarding or accreditation bodies (if certification requires).
